GLD accepts returns/exchanges for items in unworn and brand-new condition within 14 days after receiving your order. To complete your request, you will need the order number and email address associated with the order.

To receive full credit or a refund, all BOGO or free chains must be returned. If not, a partial amount will be reimbursed.
